As the smaller sibling to the D5, Nikon’s FX-format flagship, the D500 offers phenomenal power and precision. Nikon’s next-generation 153-point AF system provides exceptionally wide coverage. New image and metering sensors deliver phenomenally accurate subject recognition and detail.
You can shoot at up to 10 fps, and the high-performance buffer allows up to 200 NEF (RAW) images to be captured during one high-speed burst.
Combined, this means you can shoot at maximum image quality for an incredible 20 seconds.
And for movie-makers who go to extremes, D-Movie enables high-definition 4K/UHD movies of up to 29 minutes and 59 seconds long to be recorded in-camera.
Includes the D500 body and the versatile, high-performance AF-S DX NIKKOR 16-80mm f/2.8-4E ED VR lens. With its broad 16-80mm focal range (FX-format equivalent: 24-120mm) and fast f/2.8-4 maximum aperture, this wide-angle to telephoto zoom is the ultimate walkabout lens for demanding photographers. Nikon’s electronic Vibration Reduction (e-VR) minimises the effects of camera shake, and operation is quiet, even when filming.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with the following guidelines:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging including internal bags and cartons and include proof of purchase.
New camera purchases cannot be refunded once used unless they are proven to be faulty within 28 days of purchase.
Any new but faulty camera or lens equipment will be replaced within 28 days. After this period any faulty equipment will be sent to an authorized Nikon repair centre for repair under warranty.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you notification of its receipt. We will update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Any refunds will be refunded at the price originally paid for the item. Please note we do not refund shipping costs unless the item received was faulty when sent.
Special Grays of Westminster extended warranties on both new and second-hand Nikon equipment are included on certain Nikon Owner magazine subscriptions which can be purchased via our online shop.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Details of your statutory rights are available from the Citizens Advice Bureau or Consumer Direct.
Delivery Information
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on the weekend will be shipped the next working day.
If your item is out of stock or on pre-order we will contact you as soon as it becomes available to make delivery arrangements.
