Description
The MB-D15 is equipped with a shutter-release button, AE/AF lock button, multi selector, and main- and sub-command dials for improved operation when taking photographs with the camera vertically oriented. The MB-D15 Multi-Power Battery Pack can be powered either by six AA batteries (Alkaline or Ni-MH or Lithium), or EN-EL15 rechargeable Li-ion batteries. To use the MB-D15 with AA batteries, use the MS-D14 AA Battery Holder. When using EN-EL15 batteries to power the MB-D15, use the MS-D14EN Battery Holder.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with the following guidelines:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging including internal bags and cartons and include proof of purchase.
New camera purchases cannot be refunded once used unless they are proven to be faulty within 28 days of purchase.
Any new but faulty camera or lens equipment will be replaced within 28 days. After this period any faulty equipment will be sent to an authorized Nikon repair centre for repair under warranty.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you notification of its receipt. We will update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Any refunds will be refunded at the price originally paid for the item. Please note we do not refund shipping costs unless the item received was faulty when sent.
Special Grays of Westminster extended warranties on both new and second-hand Nikon equipment are included on certain Nikon Owner magazine subscriptions which can be purchased via our online shop.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Details of your statutory rights are available from the Citizens Advice Bureau or Consumer Direct.
Delivery Information
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on the weekend will be shipped the next working day.
If your item is out of stock or on pre-order we will contact you as soon as it becomes available to make delivery arrangements.
Courier delivery estimates:
- UK Mainland 1-2 working days
- UK Remote 2-3 working days
- Europe 3-4 working days (customs and duties permitting)
- ROW 5-7 working days (customs and duties permitting)

Orders for delivery in the UK over the value of £200 are delivered free of charge.
