The D35mm f2 Macro Apo-Ultron Lens is a fast manual focus wide angle macro lens, covering APS-C size mirrorless cameras with Nikon Z mount.
An all-metal construction combines beautiful appearance with functionality that enhances manual operation. The all-metal helicoid ring provides a silky smooth focusing feel. In addition to the shallow focusing effect of close-up photography, the large bokeh effect, characteristic of large-aperture macro photography expands the possibilities for photography. This lens isn’t just for macro photography, but also for portraits, and landscapes, as it offers image quality that can be used with confidence – regardless of the distance to your subject. A compact, straight-type dedicated screw-in hood is included.
This lens is equipped with an optical system optimised for the image sensor of mirrorless cameras that use the Nikon Z mount. This lens has an APS-C size image circle and can be used on full-frame Nikon Z mount cameras by setting the image pickup range of the camera to DX format
When using a camera supporting the transfer of lens data, electronic contacts on the lens allow exif data, in-body image stabilisation (3 axes) & three types of focusing support (changing the focus point frame colour, focusing by peaking & focusing with the enlargement button)
