The WU-1a Wireless Mobile Adapter is a USB dongle that lets you establish a wireless connection between certain Nikon digital DSLRs and a smart mobile device. You can use the adapter to transfer photos directly to a smartphone or tablet, or to control your DSLR camera remotely via your smart device.

No matter where you are, the adapter lets you transfer images without hassle: you don’t need to connect it to an external Wi-Fi hot spot, and it’s powered by the camera. Whether you want to send photos to your smart device so you can share them, or transfer images in order to free space on your camera’s memory card, you can do it all with ease.

The adapter also enables you to control your DSLR camera remotely. This makes it a smart accessory to have if you want to take a self-portrait or preview images on a larger tablet screen before shooting.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with the following guidelines:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging including internal bags and cartons and include proof of purchase.

New camera purchases cannot be refunded once used unless they are proven to be faulty within 28 days of purchase.

Any new but faulty camera or lens equipment will be replaced within 28 days. After this period any faulty equipment will be sent to an authorized Nikon repair centre for repair under warranty.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you notification of its receipt. We will update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Any refunds will be refunded at the price originally paid for the item. Please note we do not refund shipping costs unless the item received was faulty when sent.

Special Grays of Westminster extended warranties on both new and second-hand Nikon equipment are included on certain Nikon Owner magazine subscriptions which can be purchased via our online shop.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Details of your statutory rights are available from the Citizens Advice Bureau or Consumer Direct.

Delivery Information

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on the weekend will be shipped the next working day.

If your item is out of stock or on pre-order we will contact you as soon as it becomes available to make delivery arrangements.
